These Terms of Use govern the use of the mobile applications Lumi (iOS) and Inspirion (Android), collectively referred to as the "Application".

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.

1. Description of the Services

The Application provides users with access to inspirational content and self-development tools, including but not limited to:

• Daily inspirational quotes
• Motivational content
• Mindfulness tools
• Daily journaling
• Mood tracking
• Personal growth insights

Some features may require a paid subscription to access premium content.

2. Platforms

The Application is available on the following platforms:

• iOS: Lumi – distributed through the Apple App Store
• Android: Inspirion – distributed through the Google Play Store

By using the Application you also agree to the respective platform terms:

• Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
• Google Play Terms of Service

3. Subscription Services

The Application may offer optional premium subscription plans which unlock additional features.

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Billing is handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your store account settings

Deleting the Application does not cancel an active subscription.

4. Payments

All payments are processed exclusively through the respective platform:

• Apple App Store for iOS users
• Google Play Store for Android users

We do not collect, store, or access your payment information such as credit card details, banking information, or UPI credentials.

Any billing disputes or refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their billing policies.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Application, you agree to:

• Use the Application in accordance with applicable laws
• Not misuse the Application or its content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Application
• Respect the rights of other users

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Application including text, design, branding, and software is the property of the Application owner unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Application without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Network failures
• Issues caused by third-party services

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application if users violate these Terms of Use or misuse the services.

Users may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Application shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
