This Privacy Policy applies to the Daily Affirmation app (referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, available on both Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store), created by Daily Affirmation (referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully to understand how we handle your information.
Information Collection & Use
The Application collects certain information automatically when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages
- Total time spent on the Application
- The operating system used on your mobile device (Android or iOS)
- Approximate geographical location (see Section 02)
The Service Provider may use this information to contact you from time to time to provide important notices, service updates, and marketing promotions. For a better experience, we may also ask you to provide personally identifiable information, which will be retained and used as described in this policy.
Location Information
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. Only approximate geographical location is collected.
The Application may collect your device's approximate location, which is used in the following ways:
- Geolocation Services: Location data helps provide personalized content, relevant recommendations, and region-appropriate services.
- Analytics & Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve overall performance.

Payment Information & Processing
Payment Processing
All payment transactions within the Application are processed exclusively through the respective platform's payment systems โ Google Play Store (for Android users) and Apple App Store / Apple Pay (for iOS users) โ along with their associated payment services.
IMPORTANT: The Service Provider does NOT collect, store, or have access to any of your payment information, including but not limited to: credit/debit card numbers, bank account details, UPI IDs, Apple Pay credentials, billing addresses, or any other financial information. All payment data is handled solely by Google or Apple in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Payment Security & Fraud Disclaimer
NO LIABILITY FOR PAYMENT FRAUD: The Service Provider is NOT responsible for any fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, payment failures, data breaches, or any other issues that may arise during the payment process. All transactions are governed by the terms of Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
By subscribing to paid services within the Application, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for the security of your payment methods and your Google / Apple account
- Any disputes regarding payments or fraudulent transactions must be directed to Google Play, Apple App Store, or your payment provider
- The Service Provider has no control over, and assumes no liability for, the payment processing systems of Google or Apple
- You will hold the Service Provider harmless from any claims arising from payment processing issues

Payment Records
The Service Provider may receive limited transaction information from Google Play Store or Apple App Store (such as subscription status, purchase confirmation, or subscription period) solely for the purpose of granting access to premium features. This does not include your actual payment details.
To cancel your subscription: You must cancel through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store following their standard cancellation procedures. Uninstalling the Application does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Third-Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid in improving the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties only as described in this policy.
The Application uses the following third-party services, each with their own Privacy Policy:
The Service Provider may disclose your information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
- When in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
- With trusted service providers who work on our behalf and adhere to the rules in this privacy statement
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall processes available on your Android or iOS device, or through the Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
Important: To cancel your subscription and stop future payments, you must cancel through the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store account settings (iOS). Uninstalling alone does not stop billing.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like us to delete your User Provided Data, please contact us at guptanirbhay32@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Payment Data: As the Service Provider does not collect or store payment information, we cannot delete it. Any requests regarding payment data must be directed to Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
Children's Privacy
The Application is rated for users aged 3+ and may be used by children under the supervision of parents or legal guardians.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information without proper consent, we will immediately delete it from our servers.
Parental Responsibilities
- Supervising their child's use of the Application
- Authorizing any subscription purchases made by minors
- Managing payment methods accessible to minors via Google Play / App Store account settings
- Monitoring any charges incurred by minors

Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.
Payment Security: While we implement security measures within the Application, all payment security is the responsibility of Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS). The Service Provider cannot guarantee the security of payment transactions as they are processed by third parties.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application constitutes your approval of any modifications.
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. By subscribing to paid services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the payment processing and fraud disclaimer sections, and agree to hold the Service Provider harmless from any payment-related issues.
